There are only four seamstresses left in the Fabricista Fashion Challenge! This week we had to mix at least two prints to create an outfit and then style our photo shoot with a theme. We will be judged on creativity, craftsmanship, how well the prints go together, our images, garment personality, and fit. It was inevitable that I make something inspired by the gorgeous fall colors at their peak here in the city of Baltimore (and maybe a little inspired by one of my favorite oldies, Little Red Riding Hood by Sam The Sham & The Pharoahs.) You can see my post about my cape and dress here. For my photos, I hiked up some hills on a cold morning through the woods of Druid Hill Park, met a pug, cheered on a few runners and bikers and got some unsolicited compliments on my autumnal outfit! The other ladies in the competition did a really nice job, I seriously have no clue who will win this week and who will be 'sent home'. Go on over to Fabric Mart's blog to see all of it. Plus you can
vote for your favorite(s)! Voting is open until Wednesday, November 6th, 2013. There's only one more challenge after this with the top three seamstresses!!
Voting is now closed... but go see who won this week!
